About Wendy

Someone to talk to.
Someone who will listen.

I offer person-centred counselling in a warm, confidential and non-judgemental environment, where you can talk openly and be heard without pressure.

My approach

Therapy centred around you.

I believe counselling works best when you feel able to be yourself. I will not tell you what you should do or expect you to arrive with the right words.

Our sessions are shaped around you as an individual. We can explore what you are experiencing at your own pace, with space for the thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to share elsewhere.

My role is to listen, understand and support you as you begin to make sense of what is happening and what you need.

Face-to-face counselling in Luton

A private space, created for conversation.

Face-to-face sessions take place in my dedicated counselling cabin. I wanted it to feel warm, private and comfortable — a space where you can settle in, take a little time away from everything outside and focus on yourself.

There is no pressure to know what to say when you arrive. The space is yours, and we can begin wherever feels right for you.

Training & qualifications

Professional training, with a human approach.

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling awarded by CPCAB. My training underpins the way I work, while every session remains personal to the individual sitting with me.
